After School invades Taiwan!

As we've reported earlier, After School will be in Taiwan on January 10th to attend the 2011 Superstar Red and White Entertainment Awards.

The 2011 Superstar Red and White Entertainment Awards will involve After School, Thelma Aoyama and Kousuke Atari performing on the same stage. These K-Pop and J-Pop singers will deliver performances and compete for popularity. All three were rather secretive about the songs that will be performing and simply stated, “We can’t tell you what we will be singing~ but please look forward to it!“

Both After School members Jooyeon and Lee Young (new member) were unable to come and participate in the performance.

Leader Kahi stated, “Lee Young specializes in instruments and music. I’m really looking forward to performing with her“.

Kahi will release her solo album in February. She said, “I hope to show a style that is different from After School.”

When Kahi heard this comment, “Korean companies seem to be very strict about dating.”, she laughed and said, “There is no such restriction. My company actually wants me to date and have a boyfriend“

These photos are taken from the press conference which happened as soon as our girls landed in Taiwan. They did interviews and visited schools. ‘Love, Love, Love’ was released last week in Taiwan and has already made it to the Top 5 Chart! Great job Taiwan Playgirlz and Playboyz!

After School members are drinking their bubble tea during the press conference. After School’s unit group, Orange Caramel, visited Taiwan last August and told news reporters that the three members will never forget how great the bubble tea tasted! Now the girls are getting their bubble tea fix!
