Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista's latest CD entitled "Romance Revisited: The Love Songs Of Jose Mari Chan" has been certified Quadruple Platinum! Christian received his Quadruple Platinum Record last Sunday (February 13th) from Universal Records' General Manager Kathleen Dy Go on ASAP Rocks during the launch of his DVD release "Romance Revisited : The Video Collection".
"Romance Revisited: The Love Songs Of Jose Mari Chan" has gone a long way since its release in 2009. The album was released in Indonesia (where it was certified Double Platinum for 1 million downloads), Malaysia, Singapore and soon Thailand! Christian had the privilege of collaborating with each territory's major songstress like Bunga Cistra Lestari (Indonesia), Noryn Aziz (Malaysia) and Kewei Tay (Singapore). Due to his popularity in Indonesia, Christian flew there to shoot his first solo starrer movie titled "Jayden's Choir" (Senandung Luar Biasa), which will be shown within the year. "Romance Revisited" also earned Christian five (5) nominations from the 2011 MYX Music Awards.
Christian is currently a mainstay of ASAP Rocks and a co-host of Sharon Cuneta's newest show "Star Power".
