SHINee scores their 2nd Number One album in the Philippines!

SHINee's "Hello" CD zoomed to the #1 spot in one of the country's biggest record retail chains, Astroplus/Astrovision's album charts (dated November 22 to 28, 2010).

"Hello" is SHINee's second #1 album in the Philippines. Their previous release, "Lucifer" also charted at #1 in September 2010. They are now the 6th SME artist to achieve #1 in the country. Other SME artists who had #1 albums are - Super Junior (6 times), Girls' Generation (3 times) and once each for TVXQ, BoA and f(x). It's also Universal Records 14th #1 K-Pop album!

Hundreds of Shawols trooped to Astroplus The Block SM North Edsa, Odyssey SM Megamall and Astroplus Mall of Asia last Saturday (November 27th) in order to attend "Hello Shawols : SHINee Hello Album Launch Event" organized by Universal Records and SHINee World Philippines, in cooperation with MYX, Astroplus and Odyssey, to get their advance copies of SHINee's album "Hello" CD plus its exclusive freebies. The main activity of the album launch event during that day was the "Say Hello To Fellow Shawols Contest" wherein Shawols took photo with a fellow Shawol who bought the SHINee "Hello" CD. Ten (10) winners will get SHINee standees.
