ASIA'S SONGBIRD REGINE VELASQUEZ RENEWS EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH UNIVERSAL RECORDS

Universal Records is proud to announce that Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez has renewed her exclusive contract with the label. Regine made Universal Records her home in 2008 and released the album "Low Key", which was certified Platinum after two months of release. Regine is also the first Universal Records OPM artist to release her albums in MP3 and MP4 formats. "Low Key" is currently released in 7 Asian countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Thailand!

Universal Records is also home to acts like Jose Mari Chan, Gary Valenciano, Ogie Alcasid, Lani Misalucha, Billy Crawford, Jed Madela, Jay R, Kris Aquino, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, Mark Herras, Parolya Ni Edgar, Kamikazee, Sponge Cola, Imago, Ronnie Liang, Sam Concepcion, Shamrock, Silent Sanctuary, Kenyo and Paraluman.
