Sarah Geronimo proved to be the Ultimate Pop Superstar filling the Araneta Coliseum to the rafters. Her first guest was Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista who sang a medley of Jose Mari Chan hits then followed by a duet with Sarah "Please Be Careful With My Heart". Before that, Sarah acknowledged Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez who was present in the audience. Regine was the original female singer with Jose Mari Chan in the early '80s. Christian and Sarah did their own outstanding version. Many screamed and cheered.
